Metabolism is one of the key factors to losing weight and there are many ways to speed up your metabolism.

Granted that you portion your meals accordingly, you will still eat during the 3 major meals such as Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

This means that, together with the hCG hormone, your body burns fat at a much quicker rate than not undergoing the hCG diet.

Furthermore, when you get acclimated to the new eating habit of eating only a few calories per day, your body will adapt to the new lifestyle.

Again, it is not a question of how many calories you eat per day; it is a question on how frequent you’re going to eat in a given day.

That is the secret why the hCG diet is so effective; you eat fewer calories yet still burn a lot of fat.
